Shipping & Returns
-All customers will pay a flat fee for USPS First-Class shipping, unless otherwise specified and communicated between customer and Thru.
-Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days.
(We currently do not ship internationally, sorry. We will soon!)
-If you are unhappy and the item is in good shape, ship it back to us, we will issue a refund when we receive the items.
-For user errors, such as punctures and burns, we cannot guarantee our materials. However we guarantee the construction and seams of our items for 3,000 miles. If our product should fail, we will weep openly, but we will repair any component which fails for the duration of your hike. If the pack is beyond repair, we will send you a new one. We want to be sure you make it all the way Thru.
Should any of your gear items from Thru. need repair, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each customer will be responsible for shipping the item in need of repair to us. We will cover the cost of repair and the cost of shipping it back to you.
