Returns & Warranty Info
-If you have purchased an item within the past 60 days and the item is in good shape, with no damage from use, ship it back to us along with the order number, we will issue a refund when we receive the items.
Due to abuse of above return policy, you must return your whole order. We do not issue partial refunds any longer.
-Custom orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Thrupack Builder orders are not qualified as custom.
-For user errors, such as punctures and burns, we cannot guarantee our materials. However we guarantee the construction and seams of our items for 3,000 miles or up to 1 year.
If our product should fail, we will weep openly, but we will repair any component which fails for the duration of your hike. If the pack is beyond repair, we will send you a new one. We want to be sure you make it all the way thru.

Each customer will be responsible for shipping the item in need of repair to us.
We will cover the cost of repair and the cost of shipping it back to you.
Thrupack™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once they have been received by the parcel carrier.
