The Mini Dabbler is primarily designed to be worn either over your shoulder, or attached with some cording and cinched to your backpacks shoulder strap. It's big enough for most smartphones inside of their cases, with an outer pocket to keep a small number of things you may need to keep with you, such as snacks, keys, wallet, lip balm, etc.
This is a really great pack! It's functional and sturdy while also being comfortable and lightweight.
The fabric is a durable material Challenge™ UltraGrid,™ which is made from 100% recycled pre-consumer industrial waste, and it is free from toxic PFCs! (forever chemicals) The pack also features YKK zippers, and the main compartment has taped seams for added strength. (specialty tape from the same fabric manufacturer)

"As a guy who is retired in his mid fifties I want to be casual comfortable and you can't be comfortable carrying a phone, wallet and glasses in your pockets. The mini Dabbler takes care of it. It's small and compact so you're not going to over stuff it with crap. Plus with the water proof zippers and durable fabricate you can't go wrong."
